At Kids Plus we offer a fast and efficient delivery service.
All deliveries within the United Kingdom, we will aim to deliver within 3 working days after your order is placed and confirmed.
For all our International deliveries we will deliver within 3 to 5 working days after your order is placed and confirmed.
All garments will be packaged to a high standard by our team at Kids Plus Ltd so that your purchase will arrive in perfect condition.
PLEASE NOTE NO ITEM WILL BE DESPATCHED UNTIL PAYMENT AND DELIVERY DETAILS ARE CONFIRMED.
DELIVERY CHARGES
UK Royal Mail recorded delivery is used a signature will be required on receipt of goods.
A charge of £3.50 is levied for this service, free for orders over £150.00.
UK Next Day Delivery is available Mon-Friday for £6.50 delivered before 1p.m. delivery before 9am please phone for quote uk only.
If you would like a Saturday delivery next day for goods ordered on a Friday please contact customer services as there is an extra charge for this.
Europe and Eire is £12.00 a signature will be required on receipt of goods.
Outside Europe Delivery charge is £15.00 signature will be required on receipt of goods.
RETURNS
In the unfortunate event that you are unhappy with your purchase from Kids Plus Ltd we will offer a refund, credit or exchange.
All garments to be returned must be authorised by a member of our customer service team a returns number will be issued and must be displayed on the returning package.
All returns must be received within 14 days of purchase in perfect condition, unworn with all labels still attached and in original packaging.
Refunds will only be issued once the above has been met and will be refunded by original payment method less shipping costs.
SALE GOODS
Sale goods are non refundable, but may be exchanged or credited, above returns procedures apply.
SPECIAL ORDERS
